Energy review
We read your last 12 utility bills and satellite imagery of the roof, then show you a design and a real number. No cost, no obligation.
Design & approvals
Engineering drawings, structural sign-off, city permit and the utility interconnection application. This is the waiting part — we handle the filings.
Installation
Racking, panels, inverter, battery and electrical tie-in. Most homes are done inside a day or two, and the crew cleans up after itself.
Inspection & switch-on
City inspection, utility permission to operate, then we turn it on together and walk you through the monitoring app.

How much does a system cost?
It depends on your usage, roof and whether you add a battery — anyone quoting a price before seeing your bills is guessing. The energy review is free and ends with a written number, not a range.
Do I have to pay for the whole thing up front?
No. Cash purchase and financed options are both available, and we'll show you the monthly cost of each next to your current utility bill so you can compare like for like.
What happens if the power goes out?
Solar alone shuts off during an outage for the safety of line workers. If you want the lights to stay on, you need battery backup — that's the honest answer, and it's why we quote batteries as a real option rather than an upsell.
Will panels damage my roof?
Properly flashed mounts don't leak. We inspect the roof first and tell you if it needs replacement before install — putting an array on a roof with five years left is a mistake you pay for twice.
How long does the whole process take?
Install itself is usually one to three days. The calendar time is permitting and utility approval, which varies by jurisdiction. We tell you which stage you're in the whole way through.
